GATE supply list: 

 

  • Accordion File, Folders, or anything to keep subject area notes and homework organized:  Subject areas will be: Reading, Writing, Grammar/Vocab, Math, Science, and Social Studies

**You may choose an organizational method that is best for your child**

Sometimes this could look like one or two folders with work or papers to complete and           

work and papers to come home. 

  • 1 inch binder 

  • Pencils (mechanical pencils are allowed) 

  • Planner will be provided by the school, but students may purchase their own---Some assignments will be uploaded digitally to access from home as well

  • 2:  3 subject spiral notebooks 

  • 1 zipper pouch or pencil case

  • 1 highlighter

  • Markers

  • Colored pencils

  • Post its- 4 packs of the 3x3 size

  • Notecards/Index Cards (3x5)- 4 packs



 

  • For the room: 

  • 1 box of kleenex

  • 1 roll of paper towels

  • 2 packs of loose leaf paper 

  • Girls:  Gallon Size Ziploc Bags    Boys: Quart Size Ziploc Bags

  • Dry Erase Markers (Expo preferably) 

  • Scotch Tape:  we use tape for our projects

 

Optional: 

  • Colored paper

  • Any other art supplies not mentioned for projects~we do lots and lots of creative projects. Some supplies students have used in the past are glue sticks, hot glue gun, hot glue sticks, paint, sharpies, white out, duct tape/masking tape.
