KICKBOARD Information for Parent Login

Hello WCMS Parents!

Today your student will be bringing home a paper with information regarding the Kickboard Parent/Student Portal. Kickboard is the platform our school will be using to track positive and negative behavior data and you can use the Parent Portal to stay up to date with your student’s progress.

Students received their access code today. When they logged in to their account, they were prompted to change the password. When you log into the Parent Portal you need to use the password that your student has created. The Parent/Student Portal will be a shared account so you will share a login and password. Students were prompted to write the created password down on their information sheet.

Kentucky state law, KRS 158.035, requires the following student health information for your child’s entry into 6th grade:

  • A valid Kentucky Immunization Certificate

  • A 6th grade physical examination performed within one year prior to entering sixth grade and recorded on the “Preventative Health Care Examination Form – Sixth Grade.”

*Please note that a Sports Physical is different from a 6th grade physical exam.

A current immunization certificate and physical exam are required for attendance at Woodford County Middle School.Please plan carefully for your child’s entry into the sixth grade.  We encourage you to schedule appointments now. Paperwork may be turned in at your student’s current elementary school or mailed to the middle school during the summer break. Please make copies for your records.  Contact your school nurse with questions.

Mulch Madness Mulch Madness Is Coming!

It is once again time for MULCH MADNESS!!  This spring you can have your flower beds and landscaping looking beautiful and support the Woodford County High School Football Team all at the same time.  Mulch can be purchased by the bag or by the scoop.   This flyer will provide more information along with an order form for your convenience.

Doctor checkup Health Forms Needed to Enter 6th Grade
